If ticketmaster fails, I use StubHub http://www.stubhub.co.uk/
Keep an eye on Scarlet Mist for unwanted tickets sold at face value.
You can set an email alert up for your chosen concert.

Likewise #Twickets on Twitter (also with a good searchable phone app) turns up some good last minute deals, generally from music fans who can't go, but just want to shift on at face value.
However the problem with Lady Ga Ga is she's a big money ticket who plays the UK fairly infrequently so demand well outstrips supply. Touts will be all over sites like these hoovering them up to shift at a mark-up well above face.

Depending on where you live and if you can take risk and wait until last minute, then Gumtree can be a option with people selling tickets when they can't go and are looking just to get their money back or even less.
However with this option I would always suggest meeting before handing over any money so you can check the tickets before you buy them and NEVER buy e-tickets as these can be re-sold any number of times and you won't know until you get to the concert.. Paper tickets only.
It really depends, at the end of the day how much you want to go and if it's worth your time to do this. The other methods are easier but the prices will always be higher.
