Help Identify this sample - 90's Dance

This has been killing Mrs Oily and I for a week!

Finally getting around to digitising about 2000 CDs from a mis-spent youth and came across this track with a sample from something from the 90's.

Ultravibe sampled it in their track 'DJ' linked above, recognisable part of sample comes in at 1.00 minute. Shazam is useless and keeps going back to Ultravibe (a different mix).

Also had a hit on Signal to Noise - Absolut; it's close, but no cigar.

Any PHers want to show off their musical prowess and reveal where that sample came from, would be muchly appreciated

I see what you mean. Immediately downloaded Ultravibe's mix though so at least some good has come from this, great track. I'll have a dig through my library and see if I can find the original.
