I want to make some YouTube videos that feature various guitars in various condition, but although I know a bit about guitars, I can't really play them beyond strumming chords and stuff.

So I'm hoping to find someone in the area who can play a bit, and who isn't shy, who would be prepared to do a bit of on-camera guitar playing. This could happen day-time, evenings, or weekends, whatever suits. I'd like to do a sequence of videos so it wouldn't be a one-off (hopefully smile)

Anybody interested?

It sounds interesting.
What's the plan, is it something for fun, or is there something more to it?

Whilst I do not play guitar as such, the guitarist in the band I work with might be interested. And I'll help out for something to do smile its all good fun.

We're all in Hemel, so not far smile

It is mostly about fun, as most guitar related activities are, it's a very difficult area to make real money in.

Having said that, I am involved in guitar repair in a commercial sense, so need to be circumspect about what I say on this forum, as I don't want to be seen to be advertising.

Basically I want to make some 'before and after' guitar repair videos, hence the need for a guitar player. Whoever was kind enough to do it would definitely not be out of pocket and would hopefully get some enjoyment from being involved in the process, any work they wanted done would of course be FOC.

But mostly it's about the fun and the involvement.

I think we can help each other out smile Sounds like a great idea.

My guitarist buddy is interested in helping, as am I. So I guess the next question is what do you need? and when? hopefully we can provide smile
