Kate Davis singer / songwriter - anyone else a fan?

I love all kinds of music, and hence I am often having a scout round the net for great new artists.
Recently, I stumbled across an as-yet fairly unknown American artist, called Kate Davis. She's a 21-year old singer / songwriter from Oregon.
She's what I might describe as one of those incredibly talented, undiscovered gems? She writes some of her own lovely songs - and is as much of an accomplished musician as she is a singer, seemingly as au-fait on a piano as she is a double bass and a guitar.
To me, her voice is just immediately lovely to hear - I think I could listen to it for hours on end! It's such a rich, sophisticated sound from someone so young I think. It will only get more complex as she ages. A definite rival to artists like Amy Winehouse.
Here's one example of her doing a cover - but if you search on YouTube there are some other fab performances too
Looking at her website - there is no album or CD available as yet, although it does say that she's working on an EP.
