Any body going to mastodon tomorrow evening at rock city

I had a chance to see them in Newcastle the other night, skipped them since they became a 70s rock act. A decade ago I'd have ripped your arm off to see the band.

I did see them a decade ago. Well 8 years ago. Supporting Tool. I can still remember the way they knocked the air out of my lungs.

Went to the Birmingham gig on Saturday. Although the newer stuff isn't as inspiring, it sounded fantastic live. Krokodil were OK (I like the album) and Big Business were mightily heavy for a two piece bass / drums. A great night out!

I did not know you were in to your heavy stuff, did you sell the griff in the end

Been into metal since primary school

The Griff did eventually go a few months ago back up north, not far from Blackpool!
