Standing concert tickets Wembley Stadium

Stadium concert virgin here...
I want standing/level 1 unreserved tickets for a concert at Wembley, and the prices vary from a couple of hundred pounds to a thousand.

So, what am I failing to understand about unreserved general admission tickets? I thought you just piled in and found a spot to stand. Why are there different prices (from the same ticket outlet)

What's the outlet? Is it a re selling outlet, stub hub for example?

seatwave and viagogo, both have various prices for "general admission standing/level 1 seats"

The prices on those sites are simply whatever the vendors think they can get.

that's no surprise, but why do they list multiple different prices for the same ticket? I don't want to buy the cheapest one and find out I have to stand in the carpark!

Exactly this. People have bought tickets themselves and are looking to sell them on at a profit. Regardless of what all the tickets are advertised at, they will probably all have the same face value. I bought ACDC tickets for Wembley in July, paid around £70 a ticket, others are selling tickets for the event, same block for between £345 and £500 a ticket!!!!

Its the same "product" you get regardless of the vendor, its just that the vendor, the ticket holder, sets the price they want. Orignally the tickets for standing/unreserved seating would have all been say £50, then it sold out, now the people with tickets are selling them for whatever sum they feel they will get via sites like viagogo. As per the example below, its not teh "same" ticket, just the same block, row or tier.

Unreserved seating/pitch tickets at wembley means you can either stand on the pitch or sit in the lower tier stand.

That's what I'm buying for - See you there!
My standing ticket is going to be around £175. I should've got it earlier I guess.
Do you think I'll have to get there 2 days early to be anywhere near the front?

I'm sitting at this one, I missed out on standing tickets so bought seated, first time in years I've sat!!!! I have a feeling there will be a bit of a mad rush for the front once the doors open!
