Hi everyone,

Real luddite question here but please bear with me. We have a large CD collection, but neither of our cars have cd players anymore, just SD cards. What I would like is to put all the cd's to a cloud storage, where I can them pull these down to an SD card via my computer. All the services I can find talk about streaming, latest tracks, looking like a young hipster in a coffee shop at sunrise using my mobile device. Well, my mobile decide is a car. What I need is something more middle aged...

Any ideas please? Oh, as cheap or free as possible.

I'm no Bill Gates, but can't you copy CD to your computer. The via the computer transfer the music on to the SD card, then send the music from your computer to your cloud and then delete off the computer.

Does your car have bluetooth audio?

From your original question the "cloud" part isn't necessary, you just need to rip your music from your CD's and copy the MP3 files to the SD card.

I use Sonos a lot at home and have a fairly large library of 40k songs. I always found trying to access the library (on a hard drive) to be very sporadic and unreliable - so tried to find a decent cloud solution that would work on Sonos and give me reliable access to my library.

Step forward Amazon music. It took a while to upload everything, but it's been very good indeed.

The interface is not perfect, but it works.

I am totally wed to Amazon and buy pretty much everything from them - so it was an easy choice.
