OK I don't have much to go on, but it sounds a bit like, " I want to love you but I love you too much", but I think I have the lyrics totally wrong. It's in a staccato style, monotonous, da da da da da da da da da da da. Post punk rock style. Think it's pretty famous but I can't think of how to find it.
