Record storage crates/boxes etc.

Maybe this should be in the home cinema and Hi-Fi section, not sure. Anyways, I am a DJ that still owns and plays vinyl and I have an IKEA Kallax unit my turntables sit on and use their plastic boxes to store records inside the cubes in the unit. The plastic boxes aren't great though, they're a bit flexible so don't support the records well and I've never been confident that they'll hold together if any more than about half full.

So I wondered, does anyone know of any other companies that make anything similar that will fit inside one of the Kallax cubes? This one here:

appears to be ideal but it's slightly too big to fit (Kallax cubes are 33cm x 33cm internally) and at £40 each they're more expensive than the unit itself. Anyone know of some other product that'll fit (max 33cm x 33cm x 37cm I think) and priced reasonably?

Sainsbury's/Tesco delivery crates. Perfect size and you're back gives in before the box does. - plus they're free if you're in the know

I also have a Ikea unit my decks sit on but the vinyl sits straight in the shelves - not in plastic boxes? The original link you shared would cost a fortune at £40 box for 20-30 records

I did think about just ditching the boxes, but when I'm playing I like to pull the boxes out of the unit onto the floor as I find it easier to flick through the records and pick some out by lifting them up a bit and turning them so they sit up out on top of the box.

You're not wrong about the cost of those Glorious ones though, that's extortionate!
