I've just turned over and found this, about "how punk emerged from underground into the mainstream". Although its near the end, part two about post punk is on straight after at 11pm.

There's three parts, one covering the pub rock period, the second talking about the Pistols, mainly, then the third is the post-punk / new wave times. Been on before, but a good watch, especially the first one that covers the pub rock period in the run-up to punk.
