Any guitarists use a Korg Pitch Black tuner? Help needed!
Discussion
The pedal is kaput. It temporarily came back to life earlier, but the readout was scrambled. No idea what's happened to it, but it's shame as it's only about 3 years old.
Just had a look at that Sonic Research Turbo Tuner - I like the presets idea for different tunings. Haven't heard of it before you mentioned it.
I haven always fancied a Polytune, though.

I'm obsessed with pedals - the Turbo Tuner is hands down top dog, speed and accuracy is unparalleled!!
The Polytune isn't the most accurate from what I've read and it also isn't easy to read in day light.
The Boss is buffered and I don't like the way it interferes with my fuzz pedals.

I used to be pedal mad, especially when it comes to fuzz. Toned it down and sold a lot off in the past year though, got to that point where it was more about collecting pedals than actually playing hah. I had a Boss TU-2 for a little while, never liked it, I infact replaced it with the Pitchblack. Liked the Korg, because it was fairly accurate and extremely easy to view in all lighting - from bedroom to gigs.
A few friends use a Polytune and haven't heard a a negative view on it until now, I'd like to play about with one and see for myself.
The Turbo Tuner has a serious price tag, but then it's a serious bit of kit.
