Chris Cornell died!
Discussion
One of my heroes,
i never got to see Soundgarden, hands down my favourite band.
My best friend was killed in a car accident in 1997, he'd given me a copy of Superunknown 3 days before. I listened to that non-stop for about 6months. That album is 'my album', every track is solid gold.
I saw Chris live in Newcastle a couple of years ago, just an amazing voice, an amazing presence and massively talented.
As far as I am concerned 2017 is a fking write-off now.
A sad day for music.
we need to get someone round to Dave Grohl, Jerry Cantrell and Eddie Vedder's houses and make sure they are ok, I dont want another 2016.

Bloody hell.. couldn't have expected that.

I've very much discovered/re-discovered metal of late and still love Jazz, also a bit of a hiphop-head though very rarely listen anymore, back in 6th form '03-ish we used to share music and various stuff was regularly heard in the study rooms we had, we only had a copy of A-Sides ripped, but that was on all the time. There are very few bands I keep in collection outside of my main genres, Soundgarden is one I always come back to.
