Help me with this 70s organ and drum instrumental

Sadly I have nothing to go on - just the sound of this damn song in my head.

What I do remember, is that it begins with some lowish organ notes, building up to a sudden change to high pitch and then back down.

I seem to recall there's also drum backing.

But it goes something like this:

Doooo, doo doo doooooo, do do do dooooo, <higher> doo doo doo dooooo...

Sorry but that's the best I can offer!

Pretty sure it's 70s / 80s and not 60s.

I have to admit I'm quite fond of the Hammond sound - now lost in the annals of time...
