Finnish TV music program

I'll admit this may come across as a bit random.... 
Long story short, most of the music I listen to is from Finland. Bouncing from one thing to the next on YouTube I found excerpts of what appears to be a Finnish TV program that's a mix between Celebrity Come DIne With Me and The X Factor. From what I can tell, it consists of Finnish music acts doing their take on each others' material. Some of the performances are really powerful.
Can anyone tell me anything more about the show, please?
