A wonderful band, and he is a lovely bloke, I have met him after a few gigs over the years.

He has struggled with depression in recent years and a while back had a bit of a drunken meltdown on Twitter, after which he distanced himself from social media. He's recently returned with a project Mastersystem, which is a tremendous record. When I saw them the other week he definitely appeared to be on good form.

Any sighting from PH'ers north of the border please report them to Police Scotland via 101.

Really upset to hear about this, I first saw FR supporting Death Cab back in 2008, saw them again recently at the roundhouse, and been a long time fan of their music.

Scott had more than his share of problems with alcohol and depression, it's terribly sad, but at least he isn't in pain anymore.

Sad indeed, I bloody loved that man and his music. Sadly something of a tortured genius. My last meeting with him will always remain a great memory.

So sad to hear this news. I've loved Frightened Rabbit for many years, and Scott's voice was a huge part of that. What a tragedy for him and his family and friends.
