Guitar Meaningful Practice and Online lessons!

Though this may be a decent place to ask as the usual google just brings up thousands of sponsored ads.

Im 34 and have been playing off and on since my teens, I can find my way through some songs and know lots and lots of little parts of others but I find when ever I pick the guitar up this is all I do, just play the same stuff all over again.

Iv had patches of lessons over the years but Im looking to go back to basics and with a young family something I can do after everyones gone to bed.

so can anyone recommend some online lessons, I dont mind paying!

I've just stumbled across this guy in the last few days:-

Zombie Guitar with Brian Kelly

Good, solid, basic guitar music theory from a guy that looks like he enjoys............substances.

Yet, coincidentally, I watched one of his vids earlier for using "borrowed" chords to spice up your songwriting and the "Circle of Fifths" concept finally clicked with me.

JustinGuitar is a very good, very broad church for guitar lessons generally.

Steve Stine is good for technique.

Signals Music Studio I find great for understanding chord / scale / mode theory and relevant applications for guitar playing.

I don’t believe that you can beat face to face actual lessons. There must be someone near you, I know a few guitar teachers in Manchester/glossop if that’s any use?
