We're going to Las Vegas later in the year and want to take in a show.

Aerosmith are playing the Park MGM venue, tickets arent cheap but theyre a pretty legendary act with a great back catalogue, and youtube clips seem to suggest theyre still pretty good despite being in their 70s - can anyone confirm having seen them?

Even the cheap seats start at £90 or so, are they worth spending £110 (or more) on?

It's Aerosmith! One of the true surviving legendary bands.
Of course it's worth it.

I haven't seen them by the way.

That's my thoughts, but I spent a fortune on Kenny Rogers tickets for his final tour a year or so ago, and wish I didn't, he limped on, there was no show to speak of, and his voice was gone...

Saw them at Download 2017.

Im not really an Aerosmith fan, but they were great.

Quite how they can do a 2 hour performance at their age is amazing.

While a Las Vegas residency seems a bit Celine Dion, it's a better gig for a professional rock band than schlepping their skinny
and ageing asses around the world for 9 months every year, plus it's big money up front.

Yes, I saw them a couple of weeks ago with the Mrs. She's a massive fan, has seen them loads over the last 20 years. She said it was the best set list they have ever done, she loved it.

I'm not much of a fan, but still enjoyed it. The stage and lighting rig is amazing. It'll be a good night if you like them.
