Can't believe it is 29 years today that Queen frontman Freddie Mercury passed away. Much has since been told about his life since then in various tv documentaries, and we can all have opinions..

I was lucky enough to see the last performance he gave at Knebworth Park in 1986 to conclude "The Magic Tour"
I think he was the greatest frontman ever and recommend viewing the Queen performance at Live Aid in 1985.

Oh, I wonder if that's why Sky Arts showed the tribute concert the other night then. Although they do seem to have a limited set of programmes to choose between, and some other Queen stuff popped up a few weeks ago.

On BBC2 tonight at 9pm - Freddie Mercury: "A Life In Ten Pictures" followed by Queen Rock Montreal (BBC claiming this to be the only Queen concert shot on film!!) Don't thinks that's correct.....! confused
