I’m always listening out for new things to download. Get bored easily biggrin

So share your great new finds/new releases/new bands here.... if you can manage a genre and vague description, even better.

Desire Marea - Tavern Kween (electronic/dance)

Playing several times a day atm, love it

I'm always wary of responding to threads like this because what I think is 'new' is suddenly revealed as not new at all. But since you asked:

Confidence Man

Aussie Brother and Sister duo; bit of a 90's acid drum beat, disco, Aussie rock vibe combo.

I've stumbled into German goth rock (Mono Inc, Lord of the Lost for example) and Neue Deutsche Härte (Rammstein are the best known but there's also Megaherz, Eisbrecher and others)

Quite. I often find new (to me anyway) music on Spotify that I like the sound of, then Google the band and find out its something like their 3rd album released 4 years ago!

Please don't be wary of responding!! I'd rather you did than suffer the social anxiety of forum tumbleweed. rofl

For the purpose of the thread.... We could say anything that has been released in the last 12 months at the time posting.... biggrin

If that doesn't work I can start a new thread 'what's new to you?' for all discoveries

I don't care. Just please don't ignore me. rofl

I'll post in the spirit of what's new to me. Some new, some not so new...!

Les Discrets
Madruga
Zeal and Ardor
David Rawlings
Kvelertak
Breibach
Wear Your Wounds
Mgla
Jim White
Alcest
Wintergarten

Range of styles from folk, Americana, post rock blackgaze, etc etc. One common and underlying theme being melancholy, which I think is quite befitting for this year.
