Anyone else going to the 'boutique' (posh word for 'small', I think) little festival that is Love Rocks at Ferndown, Dorset tomorrow and Saturday?

Some fine Brit rock and blues artists on the bill, with Kris Barras headlining Saturday.

I am sooo looking forward to some live music! music

Please shout out to Mr Plant - Penelope Stopit reckons the best album ever produced would have been Led Zep lV if S to H wasn't on it

Cheers

We’ve got London Grammar lined up for October. It won’t take long to drive from Perthshire to Cardiff!

Well, I have to say the organizers of 'Love Rocks' do it brilliantly and, even though it was sold out at half capacity, put on a great show in Friday and Saturday's heat. Really quite special to see folk enjoying live bands again... and many of the artists getting emotional about being back on stage.

Highlights (for me, but well worth looking up if you like your Blues and classic Rock) were Elles Bailey, Scarlet Rebels, Jack J Hutchinson...

...and as for Hollow Star! One of the tightest, punchiest (and loudest) sets I've seen from anyone in years... check them out on Youtube and Facebook and catch them if you can. A seriously good rock band.

Now I'm envious of you guys with gigs lined up so I need to get something else in the diary...
