Apparently Wills likes to wake up to AC/DC - Thunderstruck which is a most excellent wake up tune.
Old Liz like a bit of bagpipes in the morning.
What about you, what tune gets you up on the morning? I think it's almost impossible for me to narrow it down to one, so I think I'm going to give you the option for your top 3 songs.
These are not necessarily your top 3 songs ever, but 3 that you find really uplifting.
I'll add mine in a bit, once I've worked them out.

Songs that I have actually used as morning wake-up alarms over the years:
Gun - Steal your fire (similar vein to Thunderstruck, great intro and properly wakes you up)
Justin Timberlake - Rock your body (not a fan of him in general, but a great intro and mellow alarm track to ease you into a day)
I dont have a third!

Have given this a bit of thought now.
My first was always going to be Jimmy Eat World - The Middle. Just a fantastic get you out of bed kind of song.
Second, I think would have to go to Stevie Wonder - Superstition. That base line is just so funky. Gets you dancing round the room.
Thirdly, Slipknot - Surfacing. I'm a huge fan of metal and heavy rock. This song isn't uplifting as such but lights a certain fire, especially when screaming the chorus ...
"f
k it all! f
k this world!
f
k everything that you stand for!
Don't belong! don't exist!
Don't give a s
t!
Don't ever judge me!"
There are so many others I could choose of course, but these are my initial thoughts.
