Allen And Heath QU SB Mixer competitors

Looking for help with a mixer. I need something portable with a 32x32 USB interface not a 2x2 toy mixer. The QU SB is ideal as I have a QU32 in the studio which I love but it's too big and delicate for being on the road. Unfortunately nobody has the QU SB in stock and it's also a bit pricey for a portable. Can anyone recommend anything functionally similar?

I need at least 16 balanced inputs with phantom power plus some auxiliary outs for headphone mixes. Ideally some basic effects like reverb for vocals would be nice.
