It's very subjective, but those I agree with:-

> Need Your Love So Bad (how to work the "BB Box" for all its worth)
> Comfortably Numb (so melodic, following the chord changes)
> Smells Like Teen Spirit (I don't think any other solo could have mated as well with the tune)
> Crazy Little Thing Called Love (perfect phrasing and note choices)

I suppose my picks above are all fairly easy to play / remember, which makes them particularly relevant.

However, did he miss some others?

I think you could include the solos from:-

Are Mr. Davids' choices fair, and has he missed some obvious ones?

One of the best ones i can think of is Mike Campbell's solo from Running Down a Dream. I seem to recall that Tom Petty said they ended up turning off the tape as he wasn't stopping.

Sorry, I've just reviewed my OP and Paul Davids' video and it should read that "solos that every guitar player should know and play"

Make no mistake, I'd love to play "Eruption" but I've tried and my left hand ain't got the reach for the tapping section.
