looks like Rammstein has gone to court to stop Viagogo selling tickets (at vastly inflated prices) - and, importantly, this action has succeeded. How much difference this will actually make with site like Ticketmaster still operating is open to debate - but it seems like a bloody good start. All we now need is for governments to make re-selling at (say) more than 10% of face-value illegal (for all events, not just music!)

We tried to get Seether tickets for Swansea next year at 10am this morning when they went on sale. All sold out straight away yet the likes of Viagogo seem to have them for sale at hugely inflated prices. It stinks.
