Coronation Concert ticket claim link not working
Discussion
We've just had an email from Ticketmaster saying that we've won two tickets for the Coronation Concert on May 7, hurray.
Unfortunately the ticket-claiming link on Ticketmaster's confirmation email doesn't work, boo. And of course their email is a 'no reply'.
Anybody else in the same boat?

Thanks, I don't do Twitter so couldn't check on there. Ironically it looks like a right royal f-up by Ticketmaster.
Some of those Twitter folk seem to think that unless you responded quickly to the news of winning tickets you ran the risk of them running out of tickets, but that's wrong. Before the website started telling everyone that there 'were no tickets left' there was a form on which you were supposed to enter the reference number that was meant to be on Ticketmaster's confirmation email but there wasn't one so nobody will have been able to claim their tickets. That form has disappeared now. Totally shambolic company.

'More travel information will be made available in the next few weeks to help you to plan your route in advance,' they say on their email. The Concert is in 12 days time...
Presumably one of the less dozy people at Ticketmaster will be wondering soon why not a single one of the 10,000 winners has claimed their tickets an hour and a half after receiving the notification.

Just read a few bits on twitter and it seems they have actually 'sold out' and you had to literally claim your tickets immediately. Appears everyone was emailed the congratulations and the first 5,000 got the tickets. So much for a ballot. I'm hoping that that is wrong and there is an error on ticketmasters link but....
The email says:
'Congratulations, you have been successful in the ballot for a pair of standing tickets to The Coronation Concert, At Windsor Castle on Sunday 7 May 2023.'
Which seems pretty clear.
The next line of the email says this:
'Tickets in this supplementary round are being offered to a randomly selected group of ballot winners on a first come first served basis, so you will need to act quickly in claiming your tickets to ensure you secure them.'
Which is pure gobbledy-gook. What is a 'supplementary round'? Why are they offering tickets to a 'randomly selected group of winners'? If they're winners, haven't they already got tickets?
There has been nothing online to say that tickets have already been issued.
