The O2 sh*t show of an app

I've just paid out for a couple of tickets through Absolute Radio for a gig next year at the O2. To now obtain my tickets I've had to download the O2 app and register. Done all that and it immediately tells me the email address or password is incorrect. No they're not! Tried 'forgotten password' a number of times now so I should have received an email to reset, but nothing. Trawling the internet, it seems I'm not alone and the majority have rated the app 1 star. That's because 0 stars is not an option. So what do I do now?? Has anyone here experienced this and found a solution?

Had stuff like this in the past where, if that password is universal for all their services (in other words an O2 account and not just for the app) I've tried on a different device and got a password reset email.Having said that I was trying to get roaming set up fairly recently on my O2 phone account and fairly sure I had the same trouble with accessing mine.
