I always quite liked their slightly meloncholy Morrissey cup half full tones.

Drawn to the Deep End is a great album & I played it absolutely loads back in the day. Steve Mason is a great guitar player too, I thought. They’re playing the Albert Hall in Manchester next year, so that’s local for me but as much as I like them I’m not going to pay £46.50 for a ticket. Seems like a dear do.

Agreed on Drawn to the Deep End. I was at university when they hit my radar and the world of music became a thing for me. Fortunately I was in Sheffield so every band stopped off and I got to see them, probably for about £8.They’re playing the Albert Hall in Manchester next year, so that’s local for me but as much as I like them I’m not going to pay £46.50 for a ticket.
