Criminally underrated band thread

I'm sure we must all have a few of these!
I'll fire in with a couple
Echo Town - These guys have been going for donkeys years we used to see a lot of them my mate had a pub he used to book them for. Absolutely banging live. Pleased to see they are still going but also amazed they never made it big they must have been going near on 20 years.

Another one is one of my favourite bands The Strike These guys have an awesome sound and a really solid back catalogue but very low output considering how long they have been going (4 albums in 10 years)

Vulfpeck
An American funk band I've been following for years. Some of the group are also involved in spin off bands/collaborations who are equally good.
They do have a much bigger following these days. They have toured the UK, and have played madison square gardens, but IMO they should be huge. I guess bands are just out of fashion.

Lets have some links!
For Vulfpeck this is an 8 year old video of them practicing in a what looks like garage, which cuts to them playing a small gig. Was probably the first video I saw of themhttps://youtu.be/AWBUnr0F3Zo?si=SVV18xYLOJ_X6TTO
5 years later same song played in Madison Square Gardens

They seem to be wearing the same clothes in both

Ozric Tentacles
Watched a live set once and it was deeply impressiveFrom the 1990's I thought The Egg were very good, like an instrumental Steely Dan brought up to date.
Again, 1990's, I love Underworld's work but Fluke - IMO - deserved more attention. Darker and harder than Darren & Co.:-
Going further back into the 70's I think Camel and The Groundhogs could be classed as underrated (certainly guitarists Andy Latimer and Tony McPhee are):-

They don't exist anymore but i always thought River City People were often under rated
This one might be a bit controversial but i think Red Hot Chili Peppers are often underrated but i do understand people see them as a marmite kind of band
Lastly, 21 Pilots. I know they are popular with da yoof and ting but if you play any of their stuff to older people who are into music they often just walk away but their stuff is really clever and makes for good music for me.
Are any of them really underrated? who knows, i am sure people will come along and put me right soon enough.
