Can someone identify the piece of music playing in the background of the clip below? It's from the Dragon's Den program from Sunday evening.

It's very poor quality but sounds vaguely like "The Streets of San Francisco" (a cop series staring Karl Malden and Michael Douglas).

Don't know the name of the tune but I've heard it a few times - It seems to be used a lot as background music to footage of glamorous people and cars in Monaco.
