Less than 30 seconds in and they mention eco and sustainability. But they are demolishing a perfectly good bungalow, very good for the environment that.

wouldn't want to be there in winter or summer.

I don't remember being taught about string surveys at uni, chains yes, string no!

thought I saw them demolishing the existing

chainage? isn't that just for roads?

I like the design, looks cool.

And i suspect they may get it done right... note Kev's shot where he says it may be possible.

i reckon he did that AFTER they fininshed and realised he'd look like a plank otherwise hehe
