And they released an edited version of the "Scandalous" track with her doing all sexy vocals.

The guy is a total genius though - on a level so beyond Jackson its scary. Okay, Prince may be a little weird in the head, but thats the way with most creative sorts.

Personal favourite track would be Bambi off his Prince album.

Genius! Still amazing when I saw him at the O2 two years ago. Massive back catalogue and he (and his fantastic band) just kept going and going. As he kept saying through the set, "Too many hits, too little time!"
Love to see him do another residency at the O2.

I never really "got" the Black album, but eventually managed to source it on CD. Not that it was bad, but it never matched the hype.

He always seems to have albums with a good few fillers, and some extremely good standout tracks - Anna Stesia on Lovesexy, Illusion on Musicology, Kiss on Parade, Sign O The Times .... at his worst he's dire, but at his best he's just incredible.

Another massive fan of his earlier stuff , probably up to diamond and pearls.

Loved that every album was such a leap in style from the previous ones.

Truly a talent capable of making so many different styles of music.

So many good tracks, but I have Erotic City, Scarlet Pussy and Head burned onto the CD in the car.

Now then, quick quiz.

Other than "The Most Beautiful...", how many number ones has Prince written?

I can think of 4 or 5.
