trying to find a narrated song

ok bear with me but I'm sure some of you will remember this (I hope!) A good few years ago, there was song with a man (William Shatner?) talked through the song, the lyrics were sort of a guide to life, things like be good to your parents etc, the music was chillout type and every so often he would say 'breathe'. Being trying to track it down for ages but I just can't think of it. Anyone know it??
