Simple Minds and OMD Last Night

Anyone else go.

OMD were fantastic , and played all the hits , sound was great and Andy McCluskey was on great form .

Simple Minds were great too, but half way through the sound levels seemed to changed and he seemed drowned out by the backing music.

But was great to listen to all the hits again

didnt bother for the encore

I was there Sunday, I know Jim can't sing for toffee so the sound set-up was rather a blessing.

Had to leave at 10:15 for the last train back

Saw OMD recently in Antwerp at the Night of The Proms.

Sounded okay, but the whole audience was laughing at him throwing himself around in a rather too enthusiastic manner - bless him.

Slightly different from the last time i was there,half drunk,miss last train,pay £82 for a taxi home!
