Can anyone suggest any artists/albums that sound similar to this? I think its a wonderful noise, and would be good to hear more like it in a similar vein.

Yep.... got Nantucket Sleigh-ride. (Weekend World theme for those that don't recognise the name)

I'm sure if I keep perusing the prog rock field I'll find something similar.

Anybody remember this one? It's called Aujourd'hui C'est Toi (Tonight it's You) and was composed by Francis Lai in 1969.

There is something very similar in style to this by Philip Glass, i'm thumbing through a few now trying to find what i remembered.
