New single being played tonight on Radio 1. I've only heard 30 seconds of it and I don't like what I hear. They've written it purely for the Twilight films.

Anyway, Zane Lowe is doing an interview with Matt Bellamy and playing it tonight, starts at 7.

I've just had a listen to Neutron Star Collision on youtube and I think that is rather splendid to be honest. I love it when Muse go for that huge massive sound as opposed to the slightly disappointing sound in the singles at least from the last album and although it's not Knights Of Cydonia, it is still very good indeed.

Bit early to draw conclusions, but it sounds okay to me. So what if the lyrics are a bit soppy - have you listened to Unintended? smile

Unintended is my favourite Muse song. Means a lot to me.

At first I thought they had sold out, writing it for a film etc, but hearing the interview with Matt, when he said he wrote it after he split up with his girlfriend, and what its about, well it puts it in context and makes it awesome.

Cannot wait for T in the Park and Wembley biggrin

I heard the full song on XFM this morning. It is very reminscent of their stuff a couple of albums ago (Absolution type era) - sounded very familiar - but that's definitely no bad thing.

Can't wait to see them at Glasto! bounce
