tell you who else you'd like, team sleep.can't remember the track but there is a female vocal on one of the tracks and it sounds in the same vain as some of your gear.keep up the good work!

Know both Team Sleep and MADM very well...Team Sleep as the Deftones record 'White Pony' is probably my all time favourite record (which is a lot of where the moodiness of the music comes from) and MADM had a tune called Follow The Waves with Josh Homme on guitar which I loved too...both great shouts...thanks for the kind words.

sorry for the presumptions fella,it's just that most of the people i talk to about these bands just give me a blank stare!!follow the waves is a cracking track.i think i prefer her new album to be honest.deftones are just about the best heavy band out there at the moment and have been for some time.i remember when i first heard 7 words and was blown away.it was only with around the fur and white pony that i started to hear post 1986 depeche mode in there as an influence which was great for me as i was/is a massive dm fan.a bit like when i first heard pretty hate machine by nin.it's all one big circle you know!!
what do you record on mate,really like that drum sound .is it a pro tools rig or something?it has been so long since i did any recording in a studio with my band(12 years ago in studio one at lipa) that i haven't got the first clue about setting up a basic studio at home although i would love to do a bit of diy soundscaping in my den!!

Are you aware Spotify now do a half-way deal between prem and free? It's £4.99 a month I think, might be an option.
