Help Me A Find A Band Name I've Lost !

Two guys - one wears fairly outrageous costumes in the videos.
Think they are from Europe (not UK)
Rairly play live - Genre Synthy pop !
Had their name and track list but lost it - now can't remember
either.
Think they were at Glastonbury although only one of the guys plays live.
Have also been doing a tour of the US.
