Thanks. It was a quick and dirty just to get the tracks in order for a party so more about beat mixing in to the next track. The annoying thing was that each new version when I found out I'd saved it wrongly resulted in a 30-45 minute turn around as I had to open and resave the wave file then upload it.

SN, what are you using to mix? I'd love to get into doing this sort of thing myself. Any pointers (and where to source music..)?

Well, I used Ejay's Mix CD Producer. It is actually quicker and easier to do it with CD decks. An hour's mix took over 2 hours to sort out. If I'd just used my decks... You can buy music from Juno.com.

Note: there have been two threads recently, one on mixing software and another on sources for dance music.
