Backing up Ipod - what program.

I've had my laptop refreshed and I need to back up my Ipod tracks to Itunes, can anyone link me to a free program so that Itunes can swipe it all back from the pod and store it?

Oh wow please tell me this is available as I only have the copies on my Ipod now Itunes having lost all the originals?

I use WinAmp with my Ipod and you can copy songs off the Ipod using that. Although I do have WinAmp Pro and not the free version so it may not be possible.

Even easier than that. Make sure iTunes isn't installed on the PC and it will just recognise it as a removable hard disk; you can then copy all of the songs off.
