I remember this documentary shown on BBC about 15 years ago called 'Into The Electric Age' about the evolution of guitar playing, and there was a line from Les Paul to the effect that he could walk into a guitar shop around the corner and there would be a young girl about 'so' tall who would scare the hell out of you!

I always find if someone send me a link to something like this, it's best to leave it playing in the background and do something else (write this reply). If you get the feel for the music and it can make you think you're possibly listening to 50/60s recording then you've hit the spot! This does it very nicely! Get her to some blues nights or open mic nights, kids like these are the future of blues music and guitar technique.

If she doesn't already, get her to listen to some Martin Simpson, crack that and she's the best in the game
