The Vaccines new album

I'm not normally into all these new indie bands, but just listening to the new album by The Vaccines on Spotify and I'm loving it! (even on my first listen)

They sound very familiar to someone else but can't quite put my finger on it....

Anyone else heard it?

They are a great band. Justify the hype as a live act. Saw them a few weeks back.

They remind me of the Courteeners.

Yeah the singers voice is similar to that of the Courteeners, but they sound less polished (in a good way)...I think they remind me of someone from the 80's but still can't think who it is.

Actually just noticed they've got a live album on Spotify, off to have a listen...

I saw them a few weeks ago, and thought they were good. They don't need the usually bks-type hype, like "they will be bigger than The Strokes".(heard this on the radion 2 weeks ago)

They do sound very "Jesus & Mary Chain" in places..
