Best currency transfer method out of UAE

I am earning now and wonder what peoples opinions are of the best method for sending money O/S? Ideally to Australia, but UK ok.

A financial guy has recommended a service called Global Currency Network, anyone heard of this?

any other ideas apart from telegraphic transfers?

Have used first rate fx before, better rate than bank (don't use banks!) and no charge.

They had a girl called Katy working for them who was FIT which was a bonus

Try both first rate fx and hifx - play them off against each other as sometimes one can quote well off market.
