Buying a car from another Emirate?

As the title really.

I am based in Dubai, but my car search will cover other Emirates. Whats the deal with buying a car from another Emirate? Is it an easy deal?

Doable, mate did it 2 weeks ago.

You export it (on export plates) from AD to Dubai then register here.

Yep, have done it the other way, was no real issue just slightly more expensive as there's a charge for the export plates that the buyer normally pays.
The RTA in Al Barsha are well used to people doing this.
