Dubai Police fines

Is there any other place to pay the fines (like a booth or something) instead of waiting a while in the main RTA offices?

I know Sharjah Police has a small counter in Sahara Center but they don't seem to recognize the Dubai fines.

If it's speeding then yea, pay online.

I was caught doing a U turn and had to go and produce my licence and pay the fine at the RTA, it wasn't possible to do it online.

parking violation, speeding and something about seatbelts (odd because everyone in our house wears seatbelts while driving).

Other than online, no other alternatives?

wait until registration renewal and pay in person. otherwise you're a PH pioneer in actively wanting to go sit in an RTA/police queue for hours.
