Training Providers ME

Hi All,

My company are looking for me to attend a management training course. Has anyone got any experience with training providers out here?

I know there a lot of providers here that will take your money, few days later you have a certificate and not much else from it.

what else do you want from it? 'management training course' is about as vague a description as you could hope to get.
