1) Sky Diving in Dubai Marina/Palm 100% Recommend
2) Off Roading Tour in 4x4 you can do Private or with a Group or you can also do a full day event with Evening Dinner/Food/Show
3) Off Roading on Buddy or Quad < i can send you my guys info i use
4) You can book a Dinner Cruise in Marina for the evening its fun
5) Day trip to Abu Dhabi

How long are you coming for and where do you plan to stay? Lots to do here depends on what you are into.
