I've been competing in Cross Country rallying for a few years now and thought that it might just be a fun idea to get a competition logbook for my Standard spec Range Rover Classic.

So there i was reading the Bluebook and the regs for rallying and all i could find was that the max engine size allowed for petrol engines is 3.5L and max cylinders is 6. So i queried this with MSA House and they informed me that my standard fitment engine 3.9L V8 was no longer eligable! Tcensoreds!

So if i want to go rallying next year i have to rip the oh so lovely V8 out and chuck a diesel in! Oh the shame of it...............

I wonder if i could get away with an overseas logbook???

Your thoughts folks??????

No, similiar rules apply in Ireland, thats why there are no Porsche 996/7s rallying in these Islands.
