MSA Concent letter

Couldn't find this in blue book.Does the letter from MSA consenting to a "Nat A" race licence holder racing in Europe have to be renewed for 2013.Does that also have to be applied for after 2013 licence has been issued.

No Idea but I thought that exemption was only for Proffesional drivers to race in european national races

When I got my licence in Asia we only needed the 'no objection letter' the frist year, cost me 50 pound from the RAC absolute rip off. my daughter has duel nationality she got her's free from Indonesia
