Elite Carbon Fibre (Dave Greenwood) reputable?
Discussion
Is a Dave Greenwood from Elite Carbon Fibre in Norwich Rd, Watton, Norfolk a reputable operator?
After pre-paying for a CF wing and organizing shipping dates months ago I seem to have terrible dificulties getting him to respond to my emails and provide me with freight documentation.
After telling me for two weeks that the wing has been shipped to Australia he now tells me it was accidentaly shipped to France! Smells of BS to me. All very unprofessional.
Any feedback would be apreciated.

He is not a "people person".
He is not efficient, organised or particularly helpful.
He looks down on his customers (and not because he's taller than them).
He gives the impression of being a bit of a dodgy geezer.
Carbon Elite (the previous entity) had a fire and was closed.
I believe his business has gone by other names in past, which go bankrupt once in a while.
However, his stuff is actually good quality, quickly made, to high standards. It has all the makings of a really good business.
Whether your problem is a genuine mistake or BS is hard to tell, but keep the pressure on him. He's not of the email persuasion really, but maybe that's just an excuse to ignore the difficult ones.
