Bevan Imp recreation racing start at Motorsport at the Palace. A fabulous car! Built by the grandson of the builder of the original, British Touring Car Championship triple winner from 1970, 1971 and 1972.

Yesterday was the first time I'd got along to this event. There were some great cars there, and access track side was brilliant, as well as being able to get in amongst the cars in the paddock. Have a few pics...

Somebody must have a pic of the Chapparrall? I saw a phone vid of it taking off and it was awesome!
Allways a good event this one and also they are lucky with the weather every year. Its a great feeling for sprinters to have some spectators watching, makes up for all the desolate, rain swept airfields they use for most of the year.

I've got plenty of pics of various cars from sunday but as i was sprinting myself on the monday I didn't get much chance for taking photos. I'll have a chat with my father though who was busy snapping cars on Monday to see if he has anything.
